Pheromone to attract insects on the pine - long-horned beetle (Monochamus galloprovincialis), six-spined engraver beetle (Ips sexdentatus), Mediterranean pine engraver beetle (Orthotomicus erosus) and red-haired pine bark beetle (Hylurgus ligniperda)
Tests in Portugal and Spain have shown extremely high catches of Monochamus galloprovincialis, and also very high catches of Ips sexdentatus, Orthotomicus erosus and Hylurgus ligniperda. For this reason, the pheromone Gallopro Pinowit® is ideally suited for forest protection.
