The biologically-based protective tube is very finely meshed, which prevents the growth of weeds and tendrils in the growth space. The bioplastic is comparatively soft and needs to be fixed into place more securely.

The close-meshed protective tube prevents weeds (e.g. blackberries) from growing in the growth space. This also ensures improved height growth.
