Here you can find an overview of our dlivery- and shipping costs in all countries to which we deliver.
Unless otherwise specified, the goods are in stock and available immediately.

 

Payment by invoice

When you pay by invoice, you'll be asked to pay your invoice within 7 days after the delivery of the goods.
You simply pay by bank transfer. You will find our bank details on the order confirmation which you will receive by e-mail.

We request you to state your invoice number and customer number as purpose on the bank transfer.
ATTENTION: Our goods will be shipped only with delivery note. The invoice is sent separately by e-mail.
The invoice amount must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. If you want the invoice by mail, contact us.

Shipping costs Austria and Germany

Our parcel deliveries are carried out primarily by our logistics partner Österreichische Post AG. Pallet Goods, Bulky Goods and heavy goods (with more than 31,5 kg) are delivered by forwarding agency. The minimum order value in the online shop is a value of € 50.00 (including VAT) without shipping costs. We also charge a shipping fee for deliveries, depending on the weight of your order:

AUSTRIA (AT)

Minimum freight costs Austria: € 6.00 including VAT.

PACKAGE shipping Austria:
up to 3 kg: € 6,- (incl. VAT)
up to 31.5 kg: € 9,- (incl. VAT)
up to 62 kg: € 18,- (incl. VAT)
up to 93 kg: € 27,- (incl. VAT)

PALLET shipping Austria:
of 94 kg up to 300 kg: € 74.40 incl.VAT

If you do not have any unloading facilities (forklift, pallet truck, etc.) on site, we can organize a truck with a lifting platform and pallet truck for you. The additional costs are € 60.00 including VAT. Please let us know when you place your order.

Telephone advice: With this type of shipping, you will receive a notification from the shipping company prior to delivery. For this purpose, please provide a telephone number and contact person at the delivery address.

If the weight exceeds the restricted weight classes, the shipping costs will be specifically calculated by the weight and communicated to you. For this purpose we provide you with the function "Request for quotation" in your shopping cart.

GERMANY (DE)

Minimum freight costs Germany: € 13.80 including VAT.

from 94 kg to 300 kg: € 209.60 incl.VAT
from 301 kg to 600 kg: € 359.60 incl.VAT

Shipment of bulk goods

Bulk goods are shipped by forwarding agency. The shipping costs are calculated and communicated to you. For this purpose we provide you with the function "Request for quotation" in your shopping cart.

No international shipping

Goods with the remark "NO International Shipping" are dispatched within Austria. In the case of quotation requests, we will provide you with the "Request for quotation" function in your shopping basket.

Other countries

Orders placed via the online shop are only delivered within Austria and Germany. If the delivery takes place in another country, the order request can be made by Phone +43 4276 3230, by fax +43 4276 2088-399 or by E-Mail office@witasek.com. We also give you the opportunity of requesting an offer for the selected products in the shopping cart under "Request an offer". After we have received the request, you will receive a non-binding offer on the value of the goods and the shipping costs by email. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Losses during transport

In order to be able to put in a claim any losses during the transport we kindly ask you to stick to the following procedure:

Personal taking delivery: If you personally receive the package, please check immediately for any external damage. If the packaging is obviously damaged from the outside, please complain directly so that the deliverer can report it. Please take pictures of the damage in order to proof the damage. If the ordered goods are damaged as well, please send the pictures of the damaged packaging and the damaged goods together with your name, order number/ job account number or delivery number and a short description of the damage via email to office@witasek.com. We will get in touch with you and will handle the claim directly with the transport company for you.

Non-personal parcel acceptance or placing permits: If you don’t get your parcel personally from the delivery service, e.g. because of a placing permit, please check the package for external damage as soon as possible. If you see any damage, please document this with pictures. If the ordered goods are damaged as well, please send the pictures of the damaged packaging and the damaged goods together with your name, order number/ job account number or delivery number and a short description of the damage via email to office@witasek.com. We will handle the claim directly and get in touch with you.

Please document all damages and losses with pictures: In order to be able to claim any loss during the transportation to the transport company, pictures of the packaging damage and pictures of the affected goods are required. This is the only way complaints are accepted by transport companies.
